Preparation of documentation for share allotments, share transfers and changes to the share capital structure, together with the relevant filings and register updates, subject to the company’s constitution and applicable requirements.

Changes to company particulars and officers

Assistance with changes to directors, company secretaries and auditors, as well as company names, registered office addresses and financial year ends. We prepare the relevant corporate documents and coordinate required notifications to ACRA.

Banking documentation

Support with company resolutions and corporate documents for opening bank accounts or changing authorised bank signatories. Account opening remains subject to the bank’s verification procedures and approval.

Ongoing corporate secretarial compliance

Our ongoing service helps keep your company’s corporate records and annual filing arrangements organised throughout the year. We maintain the agreed records, prepare routine documents and remind you of relevant compliance deadlines.

We agree the service scope and fees with you in advance. Annual service fees are payable half-yearly in advance. Additional transactions or changes can be discussed separately according to your company’s needs.

Timely completion depends on receiving accurate information, supporting documents and the necessary approvals and signatures. We work with you to coordinate these steps and help your company meet its filing obligations.

Registered office and corporate records

A Singapore company must have a registered office address in Singapore where official notices and correspondence can be received. This address may differ from the location where the business carries out its day-to-day activities.

We offer registered office support and assistance with organising corporate records within the agreed service scope. The location and maintenance of statutory records depend on the requirements that apply to each record or register; some company information and registers are maintained electronically by ACRA.
